We understand our behavior is influenced by our values, and not based simply on what we believe. We strive to live these principles:

-The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
-Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
-Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;
-A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;
-The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;
-The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
-Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

Lifelong Learning

We are passionate about lifelong learning. UUs highly esteem and love education. We have a strong desire to develop our understanding of this interconnected web of all living things and we believe it is a lifelong process, fueled by love, change and diversity. We believe in providing opportunities to learn and grow throughout the full cycle of our lives - from the nursery, through childhood, the teen years, into adulthood and through retirement. It is a never ending process, of learning, growing and adapting to the world around us.

Welcoming Congregation

UUA Welcoming Congregation RVUUF has been recognized by the Unitarian Universalist Association as a Welcoming Congregation. It welcomes and celebrates the presence and participation of people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer.

The Rogue Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship has been designated Freethinker Friendly welcoming atheists, agnostics and other non-theists, by the UU Humanist Association.
